Export your data
Your customer list is yours. You can take it with you at any time, including on the day you cancel.
Export
- Open Customers.
- Choose Export CSV.
- The file downloads to your device.
What is in the file
- Every customer, with whatever details they gave you.
- Their member number.
- Stamp and reward totals, and their last visit.
The file contains personal data. Treat it accordingly — do not email it around, and delete copies you no longer need.
