Pricing questions
- Is there a limit on customers or stamps?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited customers, unlimited loyalty cards and unlimited stamps. Your bill does not increase because your loyalty program worked.
- How does pricing work for more than one location?
- You choose how many locations you run and the price follows. One café is $25 a month and every location after that adds $15, with no cap — five works out at $85, twenty at $310. Because the rate is flat, the cost per location keeps falling as you grow.
- Can I change my number of locations later?
- Yes. Add or remove locations whenever you like and your subscription updates. Nothing about your loyalty programs, customers or history changes.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- You choose a plan to keep issuing new stamps. Your data stays where it is — nothing is deleted when a trial lapses, and you can export your customers at any point.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that, new transactions stop and cards stop receiving updates. You can export your data before or after cancelling.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial does not ask for payment details.
- Who handles payment?
- Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. That means sales tax and VAT are handled for you rather than becoming your problem in every market you sell in.
