Loyalty for multi-location café groups

Two sites is where informal systems break. The spreadsheet that worked for one café cannot answer who redeemed what, where, and at whose cost.

One card, every site

Customers collect and redeem anywhere, which is the entire point of being a group.

One customer database

Shared across branches rather than fragmented per site.

Per-branch numbers

Stamps, customers, rewards earned and rewards given, per site, over any period.

Branch-scoped staff

Assign staff to sites and the server refuses everywhere else.

The cross-branch problem

Once a customer can earn at one site and redeem at another, every free coffee has two parties: the branch that generated the loyalty and the branch that absorbed the cost. Without a report, this becomes a monthly argument. With one, it is a line item.

Rolling out across sites

Launch every site on the same day with the same reward. Staggered rollouts produce customers who were told different things at different branches, and the resulting confusion costs more than the fortnight you saved.

Common questions

How many locations can I have?
As many as you run. One café is $25 a month and each additional location adds $15, so a five-branch group is $85 and a twenty-branch group is $310. There is no plan to outgrow.
Can each branch see only its own data?
Staff are scoped to the branches you assign them. Owners and managers see the whole group, including the per-branch breakdown.
