For coffee shops

Loyalty program for coffee shops

Coffee is the ideal loyalty product: high frequency, low price, and a purchase people make on autopilot. That last part is the opportunity — most of your customers are not choosing you every morning so much as defaulting to you, and a card in their pocket makes that default stickier.

Built for the morning rush

Scan and stamp is about two seconds and does not touch your till or your queue.

No app for your customers

They will not install one for a free coffee. They do not have to.

Works with the POS you have

Nothing to replace, integrate or reconfigure. Your till carries on exactly as it does today.

You keep the customer list

Not the delivery app, not the marketplace. Export it whenever you want.

Choosing your reward

For a coffee shop, the tenth-drink-free card is the standard for good reason: it is roughly a ten per cent discount, it is easy to explain, and the reward is the thing you are best at making. Resist the urge to make the reward a pastry you are trying to shift — customers read that as a downgrade and it undercuts the whole scheme.

How many stamps is right

Match the target to how often people actually visit. A daily commuter crowd will finish a ten-stamp card in a fortnight and feel rewarded. A weekend-only neighbourhood shop should think about six or seven, because ten visits is two and a half months and most people quit before the payoff.

Getting the first hundred members

Put the code where people queue, at eye level, and have your staff mention it while the machine is running. Nothing else comes close. Table cards and receipt codes help, but a barista saying "we do a free tenth coffee, scan that" outperforms every passive placement.

No. Cafeity runs alongside whatever till you already use. Staff scan the customer’s card on a phone or tablet; the payment happens exactly as it does today.
How long does setup take?
Most cafés publish their card in under five minutes: name, reward, stamps required, then print the QR code.
What does it cost?
From $19 a month for one location, with unlimited customers and unlimited stamps. There is a 14-day free trial and no card required to start.
