Terms
A readable summary of the agreement. These terms are a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer for your market before you take payments.
The service
Cafeity provides software for creating and operating loyalty programs. We provide the platform; you operate the loyalty program and are responsible for honouring the rewards you offer to your customers.
Trials
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. At the end of the trial, a paid plan is required to continue issuing new stamps. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any local taxes. Plan limits — including the number of locations — are enforced by the product.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, new loyalty transactions stop and issued cards stop receiving updates. You may export your data before or after cancelling.
Your data
Your customer data belongs to your café. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers. You can export it at any time and delete your organisation permanently from settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cafeity to send unsolicited marketing, to collect data you have no lawful basis to collect, or to operate a program you do not intend to honour. Accounts doing so may be suspended.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Stamping requires connectivity; offline stamping is not supported.
Platform dependencies
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are operated by Apple and Google. Wallet updates and notifications are subject to their platform capabilities and policies, which may change.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email before taking effect.
