QR code loyalty program

Enrollment is where most loyalty programs die. Every extra field, tap or install between the counter and the card costs you sign-ups. A QR code and a first name is about as short as that path gets.

Printable in one click

A5 counter cards and A6 table cards generate from your program, ready for the printer or a PDF.

Ask for as little as you like

Name only by default. Phone and email are optional fields you turn on if you actually plan to use them.

Works anywhere you can put a code

Counter, tables, receipts, takeaway cups, your Instagram bio, your website. Same code, same landing page.

Nothing to double-enrol

A customer who scans twice gets the same card back, not a second one. Returning customers are matched on phone or email where you collect it.

Where to put the code

The counter is the obvious place and the highest converting one — people scan while they wait. Tables work well for sit-in cafés because the customer has time. Receipts and cups catch the takeaway crowd who were already out of the door. Instagram works if you have an audience, but it converts far below the counter because there is no coffee in the reader’s hand.

What makes a counter code convert

Three things: it says what you get, it is at eye level where people queue, and a member of staff mentions it. The last one matters most. A code nobody points at is wallpaper.

Common questions

Do customers have to give an email address?
Only if you ask for one. Name is the default, and every extra required field measurably reduces sign-ups. Ask for what you will genuinely use.
Can I use the same code at more than one branch?
Yes. One code enrols into your program, and stamps are attributed to whichever branch scanned them.
