Coffee
Cappuccino
A cappuccino is espresso with steamed milk and a thick layer of foam, traditionally served in a cup of around 150–180 ml.

What it means for a café
The drink most people picture when they picture a café. Its defining feature is the foam — thicker and drier than a latte’s — and it is the classic loyalty-card drink: quick, consistent, and priced where a free tenth one is affordable to give away.
This page describes cappuccino in general. It is not a description of any particular chain’s recipe, and the photograph is not of any named company’s product.
