What it means for a café

The gateway drink for customers who do not much like coffee, which makes it commercially more important than its volume suggests — it widens who a café can serve. It also carries the highest ingredient cost of the standard espresso drinks once chocolate and cream are counted.

This page describes mocha in general. It is not a description of any particular chain’s recipe, and the photograph is not of any named company’s product.
