Green tea
Green tea is tea made from unoxidised leaves, giving a lighter colour and a more vegetal flavour than black tea.

What it means for a café
The item most often brewed badly in a café, because boiling water scorches it and the same urn serves everything. A shop that gets water temperature right for tea is usually one paying attention across the board.
