What it means for a café

The clearest case of a non-coffee drink becoming a café staple, and a useful one for loyalty: it brings in customers who would never fill a coffee card. Cafés that stamp per visit capture that trade; ones that restrict stamps to coffee do not.

This page describes matcha latte in general. It is not a description of any particular chain’s recipe, and the photograph is not of any named company’s product.
