What it means for a café

Cheap to produce and easy to batch, which makes it one of the better-margin cold drinks a café can sell. Like cold brew it has to be prepared ahead, so it rewards forecasting and punishes optimism about the weather.

This page describes iced tea in general. It is not a description of any particular chain’s recipe, and the photograph is not of any named company’s product.
